Atopic Dermatitis (eczema) – This study will evaluate the study medication’s effectiveness in treating atopic dermatitis and in addition, if it may affect the body’s immune response to vaccinations.

  • Ages: 18-54
  • Have a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis (eczema) for at least 1 year 

Other criteria to be assessed.

Prurigo Nodularis Biospecimen – The goal of this study is to evaluate molecular characteristics in tissue and blood from patients with prurigo nodularis. 

  • Ages: 18+
  • Have a diagnosis of Prurigo Nodularis for at least 6 months.

Atopic Dermatitis (eczema) Biospecimen – This study is designed to evaluate molecular characteristics in tissue and blood from patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.

  • Ages: 18+
  • Have a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis (eczema)

Opioid Dependence – This study will observe enduring changes in several factors associated with recovery from Opioid Use Dependency.

  • Ages: 18+
  • Has been on treatment for opioid use disorder.
